Max Marosko

Max Marosko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Max currently holds the position of VP DoD Strategy and BD at RED 6, where they have been working since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Strategy & Business Development at the same company from October 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining RED 6, Max served as the Chief Financial Officer at M3 Realty Group starting in February 2016. Prior to that, they worked at South Pasture, where they held the role of COO since May 1969.

Max also has a notable career in the United States Air Force, serving in various roles such as Deputy Director of Air and Cyberspace Operations, Pacific Air Forces and Commander, 325th Operations Group. Max also held positions at NATO and the National War College.

Max'searly career includes roles as a Weapons School Instructor Pilot, Chief of Fifth Generation Fighter Branch, and Instructor Pilot at various Air Force units. Max Marosko's career in the Air Force began in 1991 after completing their education at the United States Air Force Academy.

Max Marosko has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Max later pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management at California State University Northridge from 1994 to 1995. Additionally, they attended various military programs such as Squadron Officer School at Air University in 1995, Air Command and Staff College (Correspondence) at Air University from 2002 to 2003, and the Air War College (Correspondence) at Air University in 2007. Max Marosko also completed the F-15 Weapons Officer course at the USAF Weapons Instructor Course in 2000, and the F-22 Weapons Officer course at the same institution in 2009. In 2011, they obtained a Masters of Science degree in National Security Studies from the National Defense University.
