Slade Simpson

Slade Simpson is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Principal Mechanical Engineer at Red 6 since December 2024. Prior to this role, Slade held various key positions at Path Robotics, including Director of Product Design Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager, contributing to the development of an advanced automated welding robot. As Vice President Of Product Development at Intellivision Entertainment, Slade played a pivotal role in creating the Amico entertainment platform. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Engineering at Design Central, leading mechanical engineering efforts at Sculptify as CEO and Co-Founder, and working as an R&D Mechanical Engineer at both Commercial Vehicle Group and Honda R&D. Slade earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University.
