Rob Cotter

Rob Cotter has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Rob began their career at Sun Microsystems as a Systems Engineer in July 1996, where they worked for over a year before joining Hughes Space and Communications as an Open Systems Infrastructure Manager in August 1997. After completing their role at Hughes in January 1999, Cotter joined Network Appliance as the Southwest Systems Engineering Manager, a position they held until 2004. In 2004, they joined NuView as the VP Systems Engineering before ultimately becoming the CTO at Red8 in October 2005.

Rob Cotter obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1987. Rob then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Southern California from 1991 to 1993. After that, they attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management where they completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management from 1992 to 1994.
