Adam Pavitt

Adam Pavitt has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Adam started as an IT Consultant, working as an Interim Manager and Contract Manager for various companies from 1996 to 2011. In 2012, they became the Director and Owner of Progression People until 2021. Adam then worked as an IT Consultant for a redacted company until 2022. At Buro Happold, they served as an Information Security Analyst, where they successfully led the restructuring of the Security Operations Team, implemented industry best practices, and conducted cyber awareness training that reduced staff falling victim to phishing attacks. In 2023, they joined a redacted company as a Security Analyst.

Adam Pavitt completed a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies at West Kent College from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Strategic Intervention Life Coach from Robbins Madanes Training in September 2012.
