Geoffrey Clair has a diverse work experience in various industries. Geoffrey started their career as a Field Service Technician at Fairfax Water, where they supported the operations of the Customer Service Department. Geoffrey then became a Systems Specialist/SAP Super User and provided end-user support for SAP systems.

After that, Geoffrey joined Avertra Corp, a Utility-focused software company, as a Technical Business Analyst. Geoffrey later became a Product Owner and was responsible for customer payment portals and various client projects in the highly regulated utility industry. Additionally, they led R&D efforts for new products and implemented a fully automated test system.

Geoffrey then joined Cofense, a phishing defense company, as a Product Owner. Geoffrey was responsible for two cyber security products, Triage and Vision, and successfully launched the latter as a result of user feedback. Later, they became the Manager of Platform Services and led efforts to build a services platform for Cofense products.

Geoffrey then moved on to CodeLogic, a software intelligence company, where they served as a Director of Product Management. Geoffrey successfully launched a flagship product and implemented a robust Go-To-Market plan with Sales, Marketing, and Support. Geoffrey led a team of Product Owners, UX Designers, and Content Writers and established a successful user feedback group.

Currently, Geoffrey is the Director of Product Management at a company that is redacted. Geoffrey'sfocus is on automating and optimizing operations without sacrificing quality and the human element. Geoffrey is responsible for developing products that elevate existing services and improve operational efficiency.

Geoffrey Clair attended George Mason University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Administration of Justice. In addition to their degree, they obtained the certification of Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from Scrum Alliance in October 2020.
