Michelle Kuepper

Originally hailing from Sydney, Australia, Michelle studied Media and Communications at the University of Sydney and Humboldt University of Berlin. She began her career in the startup industry as a journalist at leading Berlin-based tech publication Gründerszene before transitioning into the world of communications, working in global PR agencies and as an in-house communications manager at ResearchGate. She joined Redalpine from portfolio company Morressier, the virtual conference platform for early-stage research, where she built the company’s brand and communications strategy from the ground up. In addition, Michelle mentors early-stage startups and volunteers at a digital skills education program for migrant women.

When she’s not in front of her computer, Michelle spends as much time as possible in the sunshine and counts swimming, surfing, and horse riding as some of her passions.
