Oliver Pabst

Dr. Oliver Pabst is Chairman of the Advisory Board at X-Technology Swiss R&D AG and has been the CEO of Mammut Sports Group AG for more than 5 years till September 2021 and a member of the Executive Board of Conzzeta AG.

Since years Oliver is investing in Tech and enjoys working closely with founders and their teams. He sits in various Boards of start ups. Oliver has a strong background in the sports – and lifestyle industry being Managing Partner of Boards&More Holding SA (Montreux) and a Board Member of Willy Bogner KGaA in Munich. Oliver started his career 1993 at McKinsey&Company in Zürich after finishing his PhD at the University of St.Gallen.
