Brett Abraham is currently Counsel at Redaptive. Brett previously worked as an Associate Attorney at Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP from January 2016 to June 2019, where they served as bond counsel for over 2.5 billion dollars in publicly and privately offered debt for 22 state hospital system, represented underwriters in closing over 2 billion dollars of financing for major universities, charter schools, and cultural centers, including unsecured and secured financing for new construction and refinancing, represented major universities on general corporate matters, served as bond counsel on multiple housing projects featuring tax credits, credit enhancements, and interest rate swaps, and represented large U.S. cities in publicly offering municipal bonds for road improvements, parks, and transit systems. Brett also has experience as a Student Counselor at Startup Technology Clinic at UC Hastings from August 2012 to May 2013 and as a Law Clerk at Federal Public Defender from May 2012 to August 2012. In addition, Brett served as an intern in the Misdemeanor Unit at San Francisco Public Defender's Office from May 2011 to August 2011. Prior to that, they were an Associate Attorney at Levy, Levy & Levy from March 2014 to January 2016.

Brett Abraham began their educational career at Miramonte High School. Brett then attended UC Irvine for their undergraduate studies, where they majored in Global Studies with a minor in Public Affairs. After completing their BA, Brett attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree. While at Hastings, Brett also earned a Certificate in Taxation. Finally, Brett completed their education by passing the State Bar of California exam and becoming certified to practice law in California.
