Chris H.

Chris H. serves as the Managing Director of Private Equity and Portfolio Operations at Elliott Investment Management L.P. since May 2022 and is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Azibo, which has grown into a company with over 60 employees and a valuation exceeding $90 million. Additionally, Chris holds independent director roles at Talent.com and Neustar, where Chris previously chaired the Data Privacy, Data Governance, and Cyber Security Committee. Chris has also served as the Independent Chairman of the Board at Redaptive, focusing on energy efficiency solutions. Previous experience includes roles as CEO of Micro Focus, Chief Operating Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Managing Director at KKR Capstone. Chris H. earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics and Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
