Laura Anger

Laura Anger currently serves as the Global Chief People Officer at Redaptive, Inc. since July 2023. Prior experience includes positions such as CHRO at Marlin Capital Solutions, where as HR Leader, strategic alignment of business processes, talent, and reward systems was achieved to support a digitally driven financial services platform. As Human Resources Leader at HARMAN International, collaboration with the engineering head facilitated the software development process for the North America Connected Car division. Anger's background also includes leading HR at Flagstar Bank, executing innovative HR strategies, and serving as VP of Human Resources at Crain Communications, where significant change management efforts were implemented. Previous roles involved strategic realignment and integration initiatives at GE Capital and talent management strategies at Kelly Services and AT&T Capital. Anger holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
