Paul Rainey

Paul Rainey has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Paul currently serves as a board member for Redaptive, a company that specializes in energy efficiency for businesses. Prior to joining Redaptive, Paul served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Global Eagle. In this role, they were responsible for providing full CFO responsibility of Global Eagle Entertainment, a public company in the entertainment and satellite communications industry. Before their time at Global Eagle, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer for Harris CapRock Communications. In this role, they led the successful sale of the business for $425 million. Paul has also served on the Notre Dame Business Advisory Council. Paul received their bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.

Paul Rainey has a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
