Pete Shimkus

Pete Shimkus is responsible for technical solutions at Redaptive – a team focused on structuring and modeling complex programs for our customers. Pete is a registered professional engineer and LEED-accredited professional. Previously, Pete has held roles leading construction and entitlements for a national commercial real estate development firm along with various roles at CBRE including leading their Cost Consultancy practice and sales and solutions for the Principal Projects Group.
