Robin Pulliam

Robin Pulliam is a skilled professional with extensive experience in education policy and operational management. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Redaptive, Inc. since October 2023, Robin focuses on operational change management and process improvement. Previously, Robin held positions including Director of School and System Innovation at Lyra Colorado and Deputy Chief Of Staff at Denver Public Schools. In earlier roles, Robin contributed as a Policy Advisor for Colorado State Representative James Coleman, managing policy research aimed at disrupting the school-to-prison pipeline, as well as managing the Colorado Charter School Program Grant at the Colorado Department of Education. Additional experience includes coaching teachers in the San Antonio Independent School District and participating as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Robin holds a Master of Public Administration from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Sociology from Southwestern University.
