Roy Avalos

Roy Avalos is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware testing and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Test Engineer at Redaptive, Inc since November 2018, Roy specializes in design verification testing, automation through Python scripting, and collaboration with field engineers to resolve issues. Previously, Roy worked at Cohere Technologies as a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer, where responsibilities included developing manufacturing test plans and managing product introductions. Additional experience includes roles at AOptix Technologies, Sunrise Telecom, and Argus Electronics, focusing on system integration, product verification, and test engineering. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from San Jose State University.
