Ryan Nickel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program development and supply chain optimization. Currently serving as the Director of Program Development at Redaptive, Inc. since January 2020, Ryan leads a team focused on creating large-scale greenhouse gas emissions reduction programs for clients. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Gibson Consulting G-4, LLC from May 2015 to February 2020, where significant achievements included managing global sourcing projects that achieved millions in savings for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 clients. Earlier experience includes a role in private equity at Irongate Capital, where Ryan analyzed financial statements and developed valuation models, as well as positions in operations management and support. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and has studied Economics at the University of Buenos Aires.
