Wayne Tentler

Wayne Tentler currently serves as General Manager, Indirect, and Head of Redaptive Capital at Redaptive, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Wayne held the position of EVP, Sales at 36th Street Capital Partners LLC from December 2020 to March 2022. Wayne's extensive experience at GE Capital spanned over a decade, where roles included Managing Director and Commercial Leader for Global Financing, Senior Vice President & Global Leasing Leader, and other key positions. Early professional experience includes roles as Assistant Head Tennis Professional at Silver Spring Country Club and Tennis Professional at Four Seasons Racquet Club. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Western Connecticut State University and has additional education from Rollins College, Staples High School, and King Edward VII School in Johannesburg, South Africa.
