Attiya W.

Attiya W. has worked in a variety of roles in the health care field since 2010. Starting in 2010, they were a Clinical Research Study Assistant at Rouge Valley Health System. In 2011, they became a Clinical Research-Personalized Medicine and Research Coordinator at University Health Network. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Health Informatics Student at York University, where they prepared briefing notes, analyzed Markov models and decision trees, and analyzed research results using GRADE. In 2018, they were a Research Intern at CAMH and a Clinical Research Coordinator at Sunnybrook. In 2020, they were a Nursing Student at the University of New Brunswick and a Data and Analytics Reporting Manager and Implementation Specialist at REDCap Cloud.

Attiya W. has a long and varied educational background. Attiya began their studies in 2007 at the University of Toronto, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences. From 2012 to 2018, they attended York University, earning a degree in Health Informatics with a focus on Public Health. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained a Certification in Clinical Research from Humber College. In 2021, they attended Vanderbilt University for a Coding Bootcamp in Computer Programming, Specific Applications. Currently, they are studying Nursing at the University of New Brunswick, with the goal of becoming a Registered Nurse.
