Kevin Brown is an experienced business owner and property manager based in Los Angeles. Currently, Kevin leads Anytime Vending Services, LLC, a family-operated vending company, while simultaneously managing operations for Redcar Properties, overseeing multi-family and commercial real estate across various neighborhoods. Kevin's responsibilities include lease administration, tenant relations, budget preparation, and project coordination, highlighting a commitment to customer service and operational efficiency.
