Kevin Brown is an experienced business owner and property manager based in Los Angeles. Currently, Kevin leads Anytime Vending Services, LLC, a family-operated vending company, while simultaneously managing operations for Redcar Properties, overseeing multi-family and commercial real estate across various neighborhoods. Kevin's responsibilities include lease administration, tenant relations, budget preparation, and project coordination, highlighting a commitment to customer service and operational efficiency. Prior to these roles, Kevin accumulated valuable experience with Essex Property Trust as an Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Specialist, as well as with Citi Trends as an Assistant Manager. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from Indiana University Indianapolis.
