Operations Team

The Operations Team at RedCarpet is responsible for managing and streamlining the end-to-end processes involved in extending credit to customers. This includes overseeing city and area management, ensuring efficient distribution and usage of Redcarpet Credit Cards, handling customer service operations, and managing collections for new products. The team works to ensure seamless coordination between different functions to facilitate timely and effective service delivery to customers who previously had no access to credit.
