Albert Miller started their work experience in 2000 as a Cellular Repair Technician at Intec Cellular Services Ltd. Albert worked in this role until 2005. In 2007, they joined Capita(London Congestion charging) as an IT Systems Engineer, where they stayed until 2009. In 2011, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Kantar Media for a few months before moving to Redcentric as a Voice Support Specialist, where they are currently working.

Albert Miller attended Waltham Forest College in the UK from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a BTEC (HNC) degree in Computing with a specialization in Programming. Prior to that, in 1997, they briefly attended Burton Ramer Technical Career Center in the USA, focusing on Electronics & Microprocessing. In addition to their formal education, Albert also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they became a Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration) from Cisco. In 2016, they earned the SIP School Certified Associate (SSCA) certification from The SIP School. In 2015, Albert achieved the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Communication) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certifications from Microsoft. Their ITIL Foundation version 3 certification was obtained in 2011 from EXIN.
