Bill Gardiner has a diverse work experience in sales and account management roles. Bill was employed by Redcentric from 2013- present as a Commercial Account Manager. In this role, they managed key accounts, maintained the commercial relationship with customers, and leveraged business benefits from Redcentric's product portfolio. Prior to Redcentric, Bill worked at BT Wholesale from 2003-2013. Bill held various roles including Sales Manager for Vodafone Enterprise, Business Sales Manager for The Carphone Warehouse Group, and Global Account Director in BT Global automotive sector. In these positions, they managed channel activity, drove sell-through opportunities, headed sales and service activity with associated companies, and had global sales responsibility for automotive companies such as TRW and GKN. Bill also worked at BT Retail as an Account Director from 1999-2002, where they had global sales responsibility for automotive companies.

Bill Gardiner completed their education in various institutions and fields of study. Bill earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wolverhampton from 1984 to 1986. Bill later pursued an MBA field study at the Moscow State Academy of Management in 1986. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Birmingham City University, graduating between 1979 and 1983.

Bill Gardiner also holds additional certifications. Bill completed the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate program at Fortinet in November 2022. Additionally, they participated in the Redcentric SCOTSMAN® Masterclass In Commitment Selling, conducted by Advance - Creators of SCOTSMAN®, in October 2022.
