James Tutton has 18 years of work experience in the IT industry. James started their career at Tolerant Systems Limited in 2002 as a Web Developer, working on various projects including major contracts for BT PLC. James also handled hardware and network infrastructure for the development web sites and services. In 2005, they joined Buxtons as an IT Manager, where they provided complete IT management and services for a small group of four companies. James'sresponsibilities included day-to-day support for around 20 users and managing small business servers and services. In 2007, they joined Redcentric as a Senior Developer specializing in IT Security. Later, they transitioned to the role of Network and Systems Engineer and finally became an Operational Support Systems Engineer.

James Tutton attended Staffordshire University from 1998 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics. James also holds several additional certifications, including Zabbix Certified Specialist and Zabbix Professional, which were obtained in June 2017. James became a RIPE Database Expert in November 2014 and obtained the BCNE certification from Brocade in January 2013. James also holds Red Hat certifications, including RHCE and RHCSA, which were obtained in December 2010.
