Nick Helman

Customer Services Director at Redcentric

Nick was appointed as our Delivery Director in May 2020 following a fixed term contract with us where he successfully lead the delivery of a significant programme of work for our public sector customers. Prior to joining Redcentric Nick worked for EMIS Group PLC for over 20 yrs, the last 10 of which he held Director Level positions focused on IT Service Delivery and Product Development. During his time as Operations Director for Egton the business saw significant and sustained growth and it quickly became a key element of broader Group offering integration and infrastructure solutions to their customer base.

He is a keen advocate of Digital Transformation, underpinned by solid ITIL principals and taking everyone on his journey.
