Michael Kadin

Michael Kadin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael is currently the Founder and CEO of RedCircle, a podcast platform that helps indie creators distribute, analyze, grow, and monetize their podcasts. Under their leadership, RedCircle has grown into a 30-person organization and has delivered millions of dollars to podcast creators around the world.

Prior to RedCircle, Michael worked at Uber as a Senior Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. As a Senior Engineering Manager, they built a scalable platform for Uber's communications, managing a team of engineers and overseeing various projects. As a Software Engineer, they developed and maintained rider-facing websites and web-services, worked on receipt systems, mobile verification, automated campaigns, and integrations with third-party marketing services. Michael also led the development of Uber's business-focused product, Uber for Business.

Before Uber, Michael worked at Merlin Education as a Web Developer and Technology Consultant, where they built custom web applications and provided technology integration and planning services to schools and universities. Michael also has experience as a Web Developer at Education Development Center, where they built and managed websites and web applications to support teaching and learning environments.

Early in their career, Michael worked at Prospect Hill Academy Charter School as a Technology Integration Specialist and Physics and AP Calculus Teacher.

Michael Kadin attended Brown University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Sc. B. degree in Electrical Engineering. During their time at Brown University, they also obtained a Teacher's Certification in Education. Later, from 2010 to 2013, Michael attended Teachers College, Columbia University, where they earned an M.A. degree in Computing in Education.
