Rachel Whaley

Rachel Whaley has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Rachel worked as an Operations Intern at KIPP Chicago in 2013. In 2014, they served as a Data Analysis & Communications Intern at the NYC Department of Education and later as an Orientation Director at The University of Chicago. In 2015, Rachel worked as a Data Analyst Intern at Chicago Public Schools and then as an Operations & Strategy Associate at AmeriCorps. Rachel joined Year Up in 2016 as a Sales Operations Manager and stayed until 2019. Rachel then worked at Slalom as a Data Analyst / Developer from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism as a Senior Analytics Manager until 2021. From 2019 to 2021, Rachel also served as a Board Member and Data Equity Program Lead at LA Tech4Good. Currently, they work at RedCircle as a Business Operations Manager, and in 2023, they will transition into the role of Director of Data Science & Operations.
