Neil Chan

Neil Chan has extensive work experience in the field of UX and design. Neil is currently serving as the Head of UX at RedCloud since July 2022. Prior to this, Neil worked at Legato Technologies Limited from November 2017 to July 2022, where they held the positions of Design Director, UX and UI lead, and UX/UI Manager. In 2017, they worked as a Senior UX Consultant. Before that, Neil worked at Mannings China as an Assistant Manager in User Experience & Design from August 2015 to December 2016. Neil also worked at Gibson Brands, Inc. as an Assistant Manager in UX & Product Development from April 2014 to July 2015. Neil began their career as a Senior Web Designer at OOB Group Limited from August 2012 to April 2014 and then worked as a Web Designer at Monimedia from October 2010 to July 2012. Their early experience includes working as a Web Designer at FUN MOBILE LIMITED from March 2008 to October 2010.

Neil Chan attended Oxford Brookes University from 2006 onwards and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Networks. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO in August 2017 and in "User Experience Design" from General Assembly in August 2016.
