Redco Development (“Redco") is a 3rd generation real estate development company focused on the adaptive re-use and repositioning of commercial properties. REDCO concentrates primarily on value-add, infill opportunities and opportunistic development along the West Coast.

Work hard, play hard and leave it better than we found it – That’s the Daniels’ family spirit. Redco was born out of a young bricklayer’s masonry expertise that started as Robert E. Daniels Company Masonry (dba “Redco Masonry”) in 1956 and continues today with grandsons Chris Freise & Jason Freise. Redco is a family business and we treat our properties, tenants, brokers, investors, lenders and project teams as family. Established 1956 / Reborn 2019.

Redco’s expertise is bringing the necessary skills through brokerage relationships, construction and market knowledge and thoughtful execution to create value for our investors. We apply our approach to properties often times with challenging structural, environmental or historic designation hurdles to overcome. Take the best of the old and refresh new.
