Kayla Thompson

Kayla Thompson is an experienced educator and sports professional with a strong background in both teaching and athletics. Currently serving as a High School Math Teacher at Brooke County Schools, Kayla has also taken on the role of Assistant Coach for the high school baseball team, managing the junior varsity team and recently being named interim head varsity coach. Additionally, Kayla operates as a Tier Operator for RedCon1 fitness products and has owned Indy Ball Island, a platform dedicated to independent baseball news, since 2014. With extensive experience in tutoring and freelance writing, as well as a strong educational background including a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Sports, Art, and Entertainment Management, Kayla combines a passion for education, sports, and community engagement.
