Laurie Hook

Laurie Hook has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as a Service Dispatcher and Payroll Processor at Reddi Services since March 2015. Prior to this role, Laurie worked at Fastenal from March 2002 to March 2015 as a Customer Service Manager, overseeing customer service for over 200 branches in addition to handling HR and payroll responsibilities. Laurie is a graduate of Spring Hill High School, having attended from 1982 to 1986.
