Asher Devang is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Country Leader for South Asia at Reddit, Inc., Asher is focused on launching and expanding the company's presence in South Asian markets, particularly India, by fostering community engagement and adapting products to local needs. Prior experience includes roles as COO and Partner at AlphaGrep, where Asher oversaw operations, business development, and investments, as well as serving as a Fellow at On Deck, a community for entrepreneurs and investors. Asher's consultancy expertise was honed at Innosight, where significant contributions were made as a Management Consultant and General Manager. Additionally, Asher is recognized for co-founding Smove Systems, Singapore’s first EV-sharing service, and for educational accomplishments through Harvard Business School Online and Schulich School of Business - York University.
