Bianca Whitson currently serves as a Senior Org Development Partner and Senior Talent Enablement Partner at Reddit, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to Reddit, Bianca held the position of People Development Program Manager at DMI (Digital Management, LLC) from June 2021 to May 2023. Bianca's diverse experience in learning and development includes roles at Uber as a Learning Experience Designer and various positions in the Learning & Development team from February 2019 to June 2021. Bianca also contributed to Citadel as a Learning & Development Coordinator from November 2017 to February 2019 and served as a Mentoring Program Coordinator at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls from December 2015 to November 2017. Early in the career, Bianca worked as a Spanish Teacher for the Dallas Independent School District and briefly as a Substitute Teacher at Mundelein High School District 120. Bianca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Teacher Education from Iowa State University and has furthered education at the University of Valencia.
