Chris Fetherston is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Reddit, Inc., Chris is responsible for setting technical strategy and mentorship on the Growth Onboarding team, and previously contributed significantly to Reddit's i18n strategy as a Senior Software Engineer. Chris also held various leadership roles at Tumblr, including Director of Product Engineering, where responsibilities included executing cross-team initiatives and improving team retention during transitions, and Senior Engineering Manager, growing engineering teams and delivering impactful features. Additional experience includes senior roles at CAIS Group and RealDirect, along with freelance work through Studio 5150 LLC. Chris holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Montclair State University.
