Chris MacKey

Chris Mackey serves as the Senior Director of Planning, Operations, and Analytics for People & Culture at Reddit, Inc., beginning in September 2022, and also holds the position of Chief of Staff to the Chief People & Culture Officer. Prior to this, Chris was employed at Meta from August 2016 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on analytical and operational support for global marketing initiatives as the Manager of Emerging Strategic Programs and Head of Support@Scale. Chris's earlier roles spanned various functions in business planning and operations at Meta, as well as strategic positions at 3M, the Austin Technology Incubator, McGarrah Jessee, and Ernst & Young. Chris holds an MBA in Marketing Analytics and Product Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
