Crystal Jeon

Crystal Jeon is a Director of Client Education and Enablement with over six years of experience in the Media and Tech sectors. They began their career executing Paid Media campaigns and transitioned into Client Services, ultimately managing teams before advancing to their current role at Reddit, where they focus on creating scalable solutions for client and internal enablement. Previously, Crystal held various positions at Skai and Meta, enhancing client success and operational learning. They are also active on the Junior Board of GallopNYC, a non-profit dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities through therapeutic horsemanship. Crystal is pursuing degrees in English Language and Literature and Sociology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
