Eric Hsieh is an experienced product leader with a strong focus on AI and machine learning applications, currently serving as the interim Director of Product in the Discovery Pillar at Reddit, Inc., since 2020. In this role, Eric oversees key areas such as Feeds & Relevance, AI Experiences, Search, and Content Personalization, leveraging deep learning and natural language processing. Prior to Reddit, Eric held the position of Head of Product at AutoGrid, leading AI predictive maintenance solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Eric also co-founded Recraft, a climate tech startup, and completed a data science fellowship at Zipfian Academy. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Evolutionary Biology from the University of Michigan.
