Heather Jones

Heather (Jones) McKenna is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent development. Currently serving as Head of G&A HR at Reddit, Inc. since January 2021, Heather also holds roles as Lead and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Reddit, Heather spent nearly 13 years at Bloomingdale's, where responsibilities included Director of HR Business Partner and leading University Recruitment and Talent Development efforts. Heather's expertise includes implementing talent acquisition strategies and managing employee relations for diverse teams. A graduate of Boston College, Heather holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Development.
