John Travalini

John Travalini currently serves as Sr. Manager of Corporate Finance at Reddit, Inc. since December 2023 and has been involved with Upful, focusing on utilizing Artificial Intelligence and behavioral science to enhance performance reviews and workplace inclusivity since June 2020. Previously, John held roles at Deloitte as Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant, and also contributed to Zone7 as an MBA Business Development Consultant. Earlier experiences include roles at CarLabs.ai, American Tower, National Grid, and Soluciones Comunitarias, where John applied analytical skills to improve organizational performance and drive cost savings. John earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Economics and Environmental Science from Duke University.
