Jonathon Elfar is an experienced iOS Engineer currently employed at Reddit, Inc. since July 2017. Previously, Jonathon co-founded Point Application Inc. in January 2015, serving as CTO and overseeing the development of a location-based mobile application. Jonathon also worked at Facebook as a Client Platform Engineer in both 2012 and 2013, focusing on automation software for Macintosh computers. Early in Jonathon's career, an internship at MerchantOS involved web design, specifically creating website features, including a Google map to display customer locations. Jonathon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 2012 and 2016, and attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 2008 to 2012.
