Jono Grayson

Jono Grayson is currently the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Reddit, where they lead a global recruiting team for Product and Tech organizations, including the Emerging Talent Program. Previously, Jono served as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Netflix, managing a team of ten recruiters and researchers across multiple engineering disciplines. Before that, they held several roles in recruitment, including positions at Lyft, Hulu, and Apple, specializing in technical recruiting for various teams. Jono also gained valuable experience at Thrive Capital, where they directed portfolio talent for a major venture capital firm.
