Kaan Caner

Kaan Caner is currently a Senior Lead for New Growth Programs at Reddit, Inc., where they focus on driving growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Kaan held various positions including Senior Growth Manager at Instawork, where they implemented a platform that significantly improved conversion rates, and Senior Growth Strategy & Operations Manager at BILL, where they supported key strategic initiatives through quantitative analysis. Kaan began their career as a Business Analyst Intern at Google and also worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company and a Senior Growth Operations Manager at Samsara. They hold degrees in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and have further education from Duke University and Tampere University of Technology.
