Kelsey Sleger is an experienced recruiter currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Reddit, Inc., since April 2024. Previously, Kelsey held the position of Head of People at VideoLabs, Inc., leading the Talent Acquisition and People functions while focusing on C-Suite and VP-level roles. Kelsey spent nearly a decade at Netflix, starting as a Technical Recruiting Researcher and advancing through roles including Corporate Recruiter, Senior Legal and Policy Recruiter, and Senior Technical Recruiter, where the focus was on sourcing top talent across various technical and leadership roles. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies with a minor in Film and Television from UCLA and also attended The American University of Rome.
