Lucía Gamboa is a seasoned policy expert with extensive experience in public policy, safety, and technology. Currently serving as the Platform Safety Policy Senior Lead for Data & AI Products at Reddit, Inc., Gamboa previously held the role of Senior Policy Manager at Credo AI. Gamboa's significant tenure at Twitter spanned nearly five years, during which Gamboa advanced from Public Policy Fellow to Senior Public Policy Manager, leading global strategies on elections and enhancing Trust & Safety initiatives. Gamboa's earlier roles included policy research positions focused on telecommunications and public affairs, along with influential research contributing to national discourse on regulatory policies in Australia. Gamboa holds a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business, a Master's in Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
