Matthew Lam

Matthew Lam is a seasoned product manager currently serving as a Staff Product Manager at Reddit, Inc. since May 2022, with previous experience as a Senior Product Manager. Prior to Reddit, Matthew held the role of Lead Product Manager at Udacity, where initiatives included building end-to-end usage loops for enterprise customers. Matthew's earlier experience includes launching new products at TWG and developing small business banking solutions at CIBC. Additionally, Matthew participated in various roles in innovation and consulting programs, demonstrating a strong foundation in product management and market analysis. Matthew holds a Masters of Management in Innovation Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Psychology and Biology from Queen's University, alongside certifications in Python and UI Design from BrainStation.
