Michael Rohde

Michael Rohde is an experienced professional in governance, risk, and compliance with a diverse background in information technology and compliance management. Currently serving as a Manager of Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Reddit, Inc., since September 2021, Michael has led security compliance projects and technology control implementation activities. As Co-Founder and Vice President of Roland's Silly Goose Crew, Michael focuses on fundraising and lobbying to support local animal shelters. Prior roles include IT Compliance Director at Farm Credit Bank of Texas, where responsibility included directing the IT Compliance Program and Identity & Access Management Program, and Manager of IT Internal Audit at Charles Schwab, overseeing technology audits. Michael began a career with KPMG as an IT Risk Consulting Manager and has earlier experience in roles at Devon Energy and Directron.com. Michael holds a BBA in Management Information Systems with a focus on Information Systems and Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
