Michelle Kempner is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in content and media industries. Currently serving as Product Leader at Reddit, Inc., Michelle manages a global team of 20, driving the development of LLM-native product features through innovative prompt-engineering tools. Prior to this role, Michelle was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami, teaching a course on the future of content. At Meta, as Director of Product Content, Michelle enhanced user and creator experiences through algorithmic selection and curation. Previous experience includes serving as VP of Publishing & Operations at BuzzFeed, where Michelle significantly increased video views and led a large team to establish social video dominance. Michelle holds an MPS in Interactive Telecommunications and a BA in Media Theory, both from New York University.
