Tomer Dekel

Tomer Dekel is a seasoned data science and analytics leader with extensive experience across prominent tech organizations. Currently, Tomer serves as the Director of Data Science & Analytics at Reddit, Inc. From July 2021 to July 2023, Tomer was the Head of Users Data Science at Discord, managing a team focused on enhancing user experience and growth. Prior roles include Head of Growth Data Science at Discord, Product Strategy Lead at Facebook, and Head of B2B Decision Science at Glassdoor, among others. Tomer's early career included positions at eBay and Motorola, where significant contributions to analytics and cost savings were made. Tomer's foundation in industrial engineering was established at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Additionally, Tomer served as a Captain in the Israeli Air Force from 2003 to 2007.
