Vishal Gupta

Vishal Gupta is a seasoned machine learning engineer with extensive experience in leading applied ML projects at renowned tech companies. Currently serving as a Staff ML Engineer at Reddit, Inc. since March 2023, Vishal previously held the same title at Twitter from January 2022 to March 2023. Prior to Twitter, Vishal worked at DeepMind as a Senior Research Engineer, focusing on applying machine learning to large-scale challenges across platforms such as YouTube and Google Ads. Vishal began the career at Google, where as a Software Engineer, Vishal became tech lead for the Entity Recommendations stack on the G+ Ranking & Recommendations team. Vishal holds a degree from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad, completed in 2015.
