Will Rayfield

Will Rayfield is an experienced creative strategist currently working at Reddit, Inc. since June 2021, having previously held positions such as Associate Strategist and Global Strategist at MediaCom from June 2018 to May 2021, and Assistant Strategist at PHD from June 2017 to June 2018. Prior to these roles, Will Rayfield completed a sales and marketing internship at Kiip, focusing on enhancing collaboration between marketing and sales teams. Additional experience includes serving as Social Media Manager for the Student Association at Binghamton University, overseeing social media operations, and leading marketing efforts as CEO of a marketing consulting firm from June 2015 to August 2016. Will Rayfield holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Binghamton University School of Management and an Associate’s Degree in Marketing from Suffolk County Community College.
