Xiao (Rita) Tian, PhD, is a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer currently working at Reddit, Inc. after serving as a Senior Software Engineer in Machine Learning at Meta. With previous roles as a Data Scientist at PetroChina International and a Machine Learning Scientist at Visa, they have gained extensive experience in optimizing machine learning models for various applications. Xiao holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Geophysics/Petrophysics from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree from China University of Petroleum. Their technical skills include proficiency in programming languages like Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow.
