*** The 2.99% Full Service MLS Advantage PLUS An Auction Enhancement ***

Redefined Realty and Auction is much more than just a typical real estate company. Most every brokerage offers a "traditional" MLS plan...so do we! But, at Redefined Realty and Auction we enhance that traditional plan by adding all the advantages of an Auction.

1) Maximize your sales price with Bidding Wars. Buyers can't help but raise their bid when it's only a $1,000 more to win;

2) Buyers love the Total Price Transparency. They never lose out on a house because they don't know what they have to do to win.

3) Control the Contingencies if you want. Each Auction can dictate to the Buyers which contingencies are acceptable within the bidding process.

4) Real Estate Agents love it. They can write a commission into the offer to purchase. But you get to decide if you want to pay it, negotiate it, or eliminate it altogether. What you do depends on the leverage you have at the time.

5) All of our Auctions are run as an "Auction with Reserve". This means that you never have to accept any bid at all. In fact, you can accept any bid you want whether it's the high bid or perhaps some other bid with better financing or less contingencies. It's all in your hands.

We’re proud to be the only Auction company in Wisconsin that does strictly real estate auctions. Your property goes into the local and statewide MLS system the same way that most other brokerages use that system.

Your Property will be in the same MLS system that all the Brokerages use. The marketing is amazingly similar across the board. However, many of our Listings get promoted on our Saturday radio show from 9am-10am on NewsTalk 1130 WISN.

Check out our 500+ 5-Star Google Reviews, tune in to our Saturday morning radio show, then call and talk to any of our Agents. Our goal is to impress you, provide you with helpful information, and provide you with the best real estate experience that you’ve ever had.
